Shed Studio/Office in California

I purchased the 10×18 Fairmont Shed end of 2020 and transformed it into a little studio/sleep-out/office/granny flat/cottage. I use it everyday as my office and occasionally sleep in it when I can’t sleep inside! I love how it turned out and I’m super happy with it.
It has full electricity with LED lighting and outlets everywhere, reverse cycle air-conditioning, running water, and a kitchenette, WiFi, TV, and even a compost toilet with minor plumbing (not yet installed). The couch folds down into a comfy queen size bed, and the loft upstairs is great for the kids to sleep up in.
The Fairmont shed that I purchased was a perfect ‘shell’ for what I wanted to build. I also purchased the shed floor, which worked flawlessly.
It’s a great product and definitely would buy again if we ever move house! Hope you enjoy the pics as much as I enjoyed building and now using it.
