In the season 2 premiere of Discovery’s hit series “Garage Rehab,” Richard Rawlings (the show’s host) and his crew were preparing to help Rick Jacobs, the owner of Jacobs Repair in Sturgis, North Dakota, completely overhaul his struggling auto repair business. In addition to the massive interior upgrades, the team didn’t want to forget about the exterior.
