HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A GAZEBO KIT DELIVERED?
We provide free delivery of your gazebo kit to anywhere in the continental United States. Delivery times depend on your location and the availability of the kit you select. Most gazebo kits ship within 3 days and arrive within 10 days.
DO YARDCRAFT PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. YardCraft has a 5 Year Limited Warranty on all outdoor structures and a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all other products.
WHAT KIND OF FOUNDATION IS NEEDED TO INSTALL MY STRUCTURE? CAN I PUT IT DIRECTLY ON GRASS?
Installing the structure on grass is not recommended due to settling and wearing of the wood. We recommend using a concrete slab, crushed rock, or putting footers under posts to make sure the structure is level.

CAN ONE PERSON ASSEMBLE THE GAZEBO?
For both safety and efficiency, we recommend having at least two people working together to assemble your gazebo kit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE A GAZEBO?
The 12′ Octagon Gazebo Kit takes 2 people approximately 8 hours to assemble. The time it takes to assemble your kit will depend on the number of people working on the assembly and their skills with the required tools.

This is an absolutely beautiful addition to my backyard! The directions were clear and although it took days to build it was actually pretty easy. My Dad (86) and me (57 yr. old female) did most of the work, except hammering the roof up. The first day were put together the 7 panels in the garage. The first one took a half hour, but the next 6 took 10 minutes each. The second day were secured the 7 panels and the door frame up on the deck. BEWARE that you watch that the panels are secured in the correct direction. After we finished we realized we had two boards wrong and the roof can’t be put on if the boards aren’t facing the correct direction. After the frame is up you are supposed to secure it at the bottom with brackets. My suggestion is throw away the 3 inch square headed screws and buy some Philips headed screws. Almost everyone stripped and would not go in all the way and they have to be flush or the fascia boards won’t go up. You might also want to pre-drill some holes. Almost everything else is predrilled. The next day was roof day. Another suggestion, screw one roof trestle onto the round middle support before hand. We tried to do it the way the directions suggested standing on a ladder and after a half hour of no luck I came up with that idea and it was smooth sailing after. After the roof frame was up we started installing roof boards. Those boards don’t have predrilled holes either and after a while we decided to predrill which made it much easier. The fascia was super simple to do and really made the gazebo looked finished. It took another 5 hours to stain. I still haven’t gotten the shingles on because it keeps raining but hopefully this week. I have received so many compliments from neighbors. YardCraft really did a great job in the packaging and prepping everything to build your own gazebo. I am so pleased and can’t wait to spend summer days in it!!!

We absolutely love this gazebo. It’s the perfect size and the materials are great quality – no issues with broken pieces, etc.. all was received in perfect condition and ready to assemble pieces. It arrived a week sooner than expected, delivered right to our driveway and was very straight forward to set up. We knew we needed to pre-build the base, so that wasn’t an issue. My boys and daughter helped us put it together and it was a lot of fun – done in 2 days. We’re all set to shingle this week once the rain stops, but have been enjoying siting in it even with the rain!

Absolutely gorgeous gazebo, very well made and the cedar wood is great quality, the care of people making this is quite obvious. There was more than enough spare hardware (extra screws, boards & stuff, just in case), everything was perfectly cut or marked and I loved the installation process. The instructions were perfect and I loved how clear the pictures were, it made everything easy. Our entertaining space in the backyard is a lot more welcoming now, I highly recommend it!

I love my gazebo it really makes my backyard come alive now I can hang all my hanging baskets and have plants growing up alongside everybody loves looking at it I am the talk of the neighborhood but we are not sure why we did not get a roof or a floor with a gazebo
